Believe in Yourself

Ever seen a child learning a new task? Observe them closely and you will learn that they make mistakes while learning how to ride bicycle or write, and we don’t give it a second thought because we know that through their mistakes they will learn, and eventually master. But this perception changes as we grow old and become taller. In adulthood, we become hard on ourselves when we make mistakes. We don’t learn from the mistake and instead take it as a setback and dishearten ourselves. We don’t consider our mistakes as a lesson learnt, but instead repent and regret and circumambulate ourselves in a spiral of negativity. We give up on our hopes and don’t understand that the obstacles and the barricades are steps that would progress us towards the final goal, because there’s a higher level than the top and we are here to make more. We get riled easily by every setback because we don’t believe in ourselves. We don’t believe in our capabilities that have the power to move mountains. A life
